We strongly recommond sending through your ai file for inspection
1. Dimension is set to 92x56mm without trim marks
2. Each required print page, ie Front Side, Rear Side, Front Spot Varnish and Rear Spot Varnish, is supplied within one File.
3. Set Spot Varnish and Foil stamping plates to K100
4. Do not include trim lines or cutting lines inside the design.
*5.If your design is smaller than our standard business card size, please set the page to the size you require and add 1mm bleed. eg: required size of 90x50mm, then set page and bleed dimension to 92x52mm
Due to an increasing workload, in order to continue to provide fast delivery times and high quality products, trimming of business cards to sizing smaller than our standard size of 90mm x 54mm will no longer be a free service.
For each side requiring trimming, an additional cutting charge of $10 per side for up to 2000 business cards will be applied per set.
So, for example, trimming to 90 x 50mm or 80 x 54mm will be an additional $10 per set. Increased production times may occur when trimming cards.
Send the file in PDF format
When sending a PDF file, please ensure
1. Page dimension is set to 92x56mm without trim marks
2. Each required print page, ie Front Side, Rear Side, Front Spot Varnish and Rear Spot Varnish, is supplied as a seperate page within the one PDF File.
3. Set Spot Varnish and Foil stamping plates to K100
4. Do not include trim lines or cutting lines not required for print.
