How to Order with REDDER4
At REDDER4, we aim to make your ordering a simple and effective process. Ordering online should be less painless than having to travel to your local printer. While we deal online, we will still provide you with a personal service to cover your individual requirements. By following these simple steps, you are well underway to receiving your high quality printed items.

Step 1 – Choose your product
Have you reviewed our extensive range of products available? Do you require any more information or samples?
If you require more information, require some specific items or details, or just want to talk to us, call us on 1300 73 48 73 to discuss your requirements. ( For Sydney area, please call 9681 2996)
When you have selected your products, and have all your questions answered, you can create your artwork, or have us create your artwork for you. ( Please refer to our Design Fee page )

You can download your required template from our Download Templates section. You will find many handy items to provide assistance for you to create your required artwork and be print ready for our systems.

Step 3 – Submit your order with your Design
Verify Before you Send
It is important to verify your artwork prior to submission. You should follow the checklist on the template to ensure that artwork is ready for print.
To submit your order via email, cut and paste the following information into a new document in your emailing program, and fill in the spaces.

Attach your artwork or information for review.
You can either email or post your documents to us to place your order
a) Email Order – Email the above information, along with your print-ready artwork, or other documents you wish for us to use to complete your design, to

Step 4 – Order Confirmation and Approval
Once we have received your information via email or post,we will email an Order Confirmation to you. The Order Confirmation will detail the items on order, total order amount.
With the Order Confirmation, where you have sent a file for printing, a JPG image of the file received will be sent for your review. This is to ensure that the file we received is as you sent, and this is what we will print. You should review the Order Confirmation and JPG images to ensure that it is as you require.
If you are satisfied with that, you should reply to the Order Confirmation email advising that you agree with the information per the Order Confirmation and email. When you click reply, this will allow you to enter your name and date into the emai and return Email Approval

Step 5 – Payment and Printing
Once we have received your final approval, payment can be processed by Direct Deposit (details will appear on the confirmation), in person, or over the phone (credit card surcharge may apply), or by posting cheque or money order to:

Step 6 – Delivery
