REDDER4 Partner Policy
Design Partner Pricing is available for all Partners, who are approved partners with a current partner number. This is the base pricing available to partners for all products. Partner pricing is based on each item being paid individually prior to printing. We do not have credit accounts.
Partners must quote their Partner Number when placing their order to receive their Partner Pricing.
It costs nothing to join our Partner Program, it only creates great savings for you.
How to Qualify
REDDER4 offers wholesale pricing for graphic designers, freelancers , print management business and design studios.
To participate, you must operate a legitimate business and be able to provide a current ABN/ACN number.
YOU MUST also satisfy the following
- Have an internet connection
- Can provide files in PC based format to supply files in any of the three formats - Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDRAW
or provide qualified PDF files.
- Design experience
File Checking and Verification
While all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of the job, we can accept no responsibility for files which are not print ready. As a partner, you are expected to know and understand the print requirements, and provide files accordingly. We do not adjust or alter files received for print.
If any adjustments or alterations are required, standard pricing will be applied, including any Design Service fees.
Group Printing / Colour Variation
Some jobs are processed as Group Printing. With Group Printing, colour variation or cutting alignment variation may occur. Print colour may vary from print to print, stock to stock, front to back, job to job, and between different printing processes. Where colour variation occurs, we will not reprint or reduce charges. As some items alter between group and individual print on demand, please confirm which items are group print as required.
Additional Services
We can provide foiling, embossing, die cutting or metallic colours, UV inks and more on selected products. If you require any of these services, please request a quote prior to submitting your job. For best quote, please forward your file for review.
Turnaround
The turnaround time for all items is 7 to 10 working days. Please refer to Page 17 for more details. Due to the group print process, we do not run any urgent jobs and all jobs are processed based on production schedules. Turnaround times may increase due to high demand or production processes. For more information on turnaround times, please refer our Terms and Conditions on page 19.
Deliveries
Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods. We do not accept any responsibility for late, delayed or missing deliveries.
Return of Goods
If there is any problem with the printed item, and return is agreed, goods must be returned within 7 days. When there is a request to return goods, a Return Form must be completed. Goods must be returned when reprint is agreed. Goods will not be accepted for return after 7 days of invoice date. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return freight charges must be paid by the partner. Goods returned must be unused, undamaged and unmarked in any way.
If the problem is found to be a result of incorrect artwork, the partner will be responsible for all reprint and associated charges.
